The advancements of the technology are increasing and this will transform the business workforce. This means that the number of human workforce will be decreased. One recent study made by professors from the Oxford University showed that around 47% of the employees in the US are at really high risk of losing their jobs by the technology inventions. Around 19% can find themselves at a medium risk. This gives a number of 66% of the US employees being at a low or a high risk of losing their job and being replaced by technology.
